This is a pretty navy blue stretch-velvet modest baby doll dress, with the inset pintucked like a baby doll shirt, and lace trim around the collar and bib front.

Jen says: "At 38 inches this is our shortest dress. Keep in mind that it will rise a couple of inches when sitting and bending. Add knee-high socks for a baby doll look."
