Q. Do you have a store location?

A. We don't have a store location at this time- our clothes are only available online. To help with fitting, we do have size charts available here. You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days, and we ship exchanges for free if you would like an exchange (within the U.S.).

Q. You're out of my size in something I want. Will you be getting any more?

A. In most cases, the options that show in the size drop-down box on the item's page are all we have. If a particular size isn't shown, it means we have sold out of it. In rare cases, we may be expecting a re-stock. Feel free to contact us if you have a question about a certain item.

Q. Can you make a custom dress/custom color/change something about a dress?

A. Sorry but we cannot do custom orders. This includes custom colors or custom lengths. All of our dresses are pre-manufactured and ready-to-wear. We can't sell you extra fabric from our clothing either.

Q. Can I come see the clothes, try them on, or pick up my order?

A. Our warehouse isn't open to the public. Sorry but we cannot allow pick-ups.

Q. Do you have Size Charts?/What size should I order?/How will it fit?

A. We do have Size Charts to help with fitting located here: Size Charts. Unfortunately we cannot advise you which size to purchase. In most cases you should purchase the size you normally wear. Our clothing runs true to size (US Misses sizing). If a particular item runs small or large it will be noted on that item's page in the product description.

Q. Can you send me a fabric swatch?

A. Sorry but we can't send out fabric swatches. We don't have extra fabric from our clothing available. If you're looking for bridesmaids dresses, you can always purchase 1 dress to see if you like the color. If the dress won't work, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.

Q. Do you gift wrap? Can you include a gift message?

A. Sorry but we can't do gift wrapping or include gift messages with orders at this time.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. We offer many different shipping options to fit your needs. We charge you the actual shipping cost. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping method you choose, the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing, and the distance from our warehouse to your shipping address.

To see the shipping cost, add an item to your cart and click the checkout button. After you enter your address, but before you purchase, you can choose from the different shipping options and see the price for each.

Warning For Canadian Customers: UPS Standard to Canada does not include brokerage fees, bond fees and other fees added by UPS. These fees will be collected by UPS upon delivery. To avoid these fees, choose Priority Mail International by the United States Postal Service as your shipping option.

Q. How long will shipping take?

A. The shipping methods we offer are:
Standard Shipping (2-8 days, excluding weekends)
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days, excluding Sunday)

USPS Express Mail PO to Addressee (1-2 days, excluding Sunday)

Orders usually ship out the next business day but may take two business days. If you need your order to arrive by a certain day, please add an extra day or two when calculating which shipping speed to use. Remember it is not shipping out today, and Sundays and holidays do not count as "days" when calculating the shipping time. If you are using UPS, do not count Saturday either (UPS only delivers and moves packages on business days).

USPS Standard Post within the US takes 2-8 days to receive once shipped.

USPS Priority Mail within the US takes 2-3 days to receive once shipped.

UPS Ground (available if you live in the Contiguous US) usually takes about 5 business days to receive once shipped, but it is not guaranteed to arrive by a certain day. Depending on how far you live from our warehouse in Nevada, add or subtract a day or two. 5 business days is about 1 week, so if you ordered on a Tuesday your order would probably ship out on Wednesday and you would receive your order around the following Wednesday.

UPS 3 Day Select takes 3 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air® takes 2 business days and UPS Next Day Air® arrives the next business day after it is shipped. For instance, if you live in the U.S. and are ordering on Wednesday and you need your order to arrive on Friday, choose UPS Next Day Air®, not UPS 2nd Day Air® because your order won't ship out until Thursday. If you order on Thursday and choose UPS Next Day Air®, your package will ship out on Friday, so it would be delivered on Monday, not Satuday.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we do ship internationally. We offer a couple of international shipping options to fit your needs. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping method you choose, the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing, and the distance from our warehouse to your shipping address.

Q. I need to return or exchange my order but it's been over 30 days- will you still except it?

A. We aren't extremely strict- if your return is a week or two beyond the 30 days we will still accept it. But please return it ASAP. Anything returned beyond 60 days will be exchange only.

Q. Did you receive my return/exchange? When will I get my refund?

A. Often people contact us a day or so after their return should have arrived at our warehouse to see if we got it. We probably did. :) You won't be notified when we receive your package but you will be notified once we process your refund or exchange.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed after we receive it. Thank you for your patience. If it has been several weeks since we should have received your return and you still haven't heard from us, please contact us and ask about it. Thank you!
