Shipping
At JenClothing we use UPS. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item you are buying, as well as the distance from our fulfillment center in New York to your shipping address.

To see the shipping cost, add an item to your cart and click the checkout button. After you enter your address, but before you purchase, you will be shown the available shipping options with the price for each.

The shipping methods we offer are:

UPS 3 Day Select
UPS 2nd Day AirŪ
UPS Next Day AirŪ
UPS Standard to Canada
UPS Worldwide Saver
UPS Worldwide Express
UPS Worldwide Expedited

Orders usually ship out within 24 hours on business days. This means your order might ship out the same day, or it might ship out on the next business day. To make sure you receive your order on time, please add an extra day when you are calculating which shipping speed to use. For instance, if you live in the U.S. and are ordering on Wednesday and you need your order to arrive on Friday, choose UPS Next Day AirŪ, not UPS 2nd Day AirŪ because your order might not ship out until Thursday.

Returns
Returns will be accepted up to 45 days after you receive your order. All returned clothing must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in.
To return an item, please contact us to let us know you will be sending a return, and then send the item(s) and the packing slip that came with your order (if you still have it) to:

Please do not include any correspondence with your return. If you need to tell us something, use our form to contact us.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and buy the new item you want.

We don't do exchanges in the usual sense because we can't guarantee the size you want to exchange for will still be in stock by the time we receive your return. So it is better for you to purchase the item ASAP while it is still in stock and choose the shipping speed that works best for you.
