This short turquoise modest formal dress is a must-have! It features 3 layers of skirt: A slip with 2 layers of tulle at the bottom gives the dress some body. An opaque turquoise fabric lays over the slip, and a glittery sheer mesh covers them both and extends a little at the bottom so you can see through it.
