We're sorry if your order doesn't work out but don't worry- we are easy to work with on returns and exchanges! Here are the details:
Returns
You can get a full refund by returning your order within 30 days. All returned clothing must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You pay to ship your return to us.
To return: please email us by submitting this form to let us know you have a return. Tell us what you will be returning, and include the name your order was placed under and the order # if you have it.
Then send your return and the packing slip that came with your order to:

If you don't have the packing slip, please enclose a copy of your receipt so we know who sent the return.
Exchanges
You can exchange any item for any other item within 30 days, as long as it is unworn and in the same condition you received it in. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be exchanged. You pay to ship your return to us. We will ship your exchange for free once we receive your return. You must live within the US to receive free shipping on your exchange.
If you are exchanging for an item of a different price, we will charge/refund the price difference using your original payment method.
We don't hold items for exchanges. If the item/size you wanted in exchange is out of stock once we receive your return, all we can do is offer you a refund (or a different exchange if you prefer).
If you need the exchange ASAP (in time for a special event, for instance) or you don't want to risk the item being out of stock once your exchange is received, we recommend you purchase the item ASAP while it is still in stock and choose the shipping speed that works best for you. You can then return the other item for a refund.
