Returns
You can get a full refund by returning your order within 30 days. All returned clothing must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in.*

To return: please SUBMIT THIS FORM to let us know you have a return.

You will then be given return instructions.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

*Shipping costs will not be refunded. You pay to ship your return to us. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Items that are dirty or have been damaged or stained will not be accepted. Items returned damaged, stained or dirty will not receive a full refund.

Exchanges
You can exchange any item for any other item within 30 days, as long as it is unworn and in the same condition you received it in.*

If you are exchanging for an item of a different price, we will charge/refund the price difference using your original payment method.

We don't hold items for exchanges. If the item/size you wanted in exchange is out of stock once we receive your return, all we can do is offer you a refund (or a different exchange if you prefer).

If you need the exchange ASAP (in time for a special event, for instance) or you don't want to risk the item being out of stock once your exchange is received, we recommend you purchase the item ASAP while it is still in stock and choose the shipping speed that works best for you. You can then return the other item for a refund.
