This is a modest cap sleeve dress in white with royal blue dots. The cotton stretch sateen fabric has a beautiful sheen to it, making it work for dressy occasions. It also feels so soft against your skin.

The bold bright dot print with a pleated scoop neckline and a classic A-line pleated skirt provides a flattering shape for all body types. Add a simple sandal for a casual look or add a pair of pumps for a more dramatic look. A slimming shape, especially for larger sizes.
